Using our calendar system, simply choose the date and time that suits you best, allowing our team to automatically schedule your visit.

2. Before the appointment

Bring any ideas to the table, your wants, needs, likes, and dislikes – after all, this is your dream space. Our designer will discuss these with you and suggest the best solutions based on our expertise and experience.

3. During the appointment

Your appointment will last around 45 minutes, during which time our designer will measure your space thoroughly, discuss our solutions with you, and sketch any ideas.

4. After the appointment

Within 48 hours, you will receive your design and solution breakdown, allowing you to review and decide what you do and don’t like. You will also receive a no-obligation quote for your design.

Measurements, Sketches & CAD render

Once we have discussed and outlined the specifications of your space, our team will create a design using the measurements of your room, providing an accurate sketch and ultimately, a CAD render, delivering a realistic 3D model that allows you to get a real feel for our transformational capabilities.

  • We offer a 12-year no-quibble warranty that covers the product, the workmanship, and any sliding mechanism used.

    Please note that we use a separate supplier for vinyl moulded hinged doors, covered by the supplier’s own warranty period. Warranties are non-transferable, so if you move house, unfortunately, we are unable to maintain the warranty of the wardrobes.

  • We aren’t the cheapest in the market, but we are the best value for money. Our focus is on getting you the design you want while working to genuine margins. We don’t start high and then discount our prices, but give you a competitive price the first time around, ensuring you get a fully bespoke service.

     Additionally, our wardrobes are genuinely built from scratch, unlike many other companies, who use standard doors with large fillers to get the same look. Spending a little more to get what you want is definitely worth the extra budget.

  • Yes, we do not charge for a home design visit as we feel we get great value out of discussing your requirements within the room. Unlike others, our appointments last 45-60 minutes, ensuring that we do not infringe on your time but aim to give you the most value out of the time on site.

  • Our standard lead times are generally 6-8 weeks. However, we can install sooner upon request. Conversely, we have orders that were placed up to 6 months in advance while the house is built. We are completely flexible.

  • We offer 38 of the most up-to-date and durable Egger colours, keeping up to date with all interior design trends and routinely changing our range to incorporate what’s new. 

    Our long-lasting relationship with suppliers means we can release colours and options earlier than anyone else. If you have a colour in mind, speak to a design consultant, as we’re certain we can achieve the look you’re looking for.
